  • 18mm Softwood Plywood C+/C Grade 2440mm x 1220mm (8' x 4')
  • 18mm shuttering plywood is a specialised type of plywood that is characterised by its incredible strength and structural stability. It can be used for general-purpose building applications where load-bearing ability and extreme strength are required.
  • Extremely high-strength board that sees multiple layers of softwood plywood glued together. 18mm softwood plywood is generally constructed of spruce-pine-fir (SPF), redwood, or Douglas fir and pine.
  • Though this Plywood isn't always the most pleasing to the eye (because of potential knots from the manufacturing process), it is still extremely sturdy and useful for construction projects that don't require an aesthetic finish.
  • Most used to create temporary walls and barriers, as well as to form moulds for pouring concrete, 18mm shuttering plywood gives concrete something solid to set onto.
  • This durable sheathing plywood is purposed to take the weight and stress of concrete being poured, as well as vibrations.
  • Although this type of plywood is structurally stable, please note there may be surface defects present such as knots, discolouration, or splits.
  • These aesthetic defects have no effect on its structural performance; however, the sheets' WBP Grading endows the performance; however, resistant capabilities, ensuring they hold up well no matter the forecast.
  • Shuttering plywood is a lower-cost option for boarding up or constructing formwork for poured concrete.
